This weekend was a long torturous one, my weekend long sickness aside, Eric and I spent 18 & 1/2 hours at B&H collision painting my engine compartment. Thanks go out to allt hat showed up to put her back together, but I must say the mad thrash could not have been done without Eric. Shock mounts were fabbed up and tested frame and motor were taken down to bare metal in most places and sealed and painted,and headers were blasted, welded,and refinished...then the motor and front end reassembled. Pictures to follow later today, but for now here is the car driving down 8 mile home from the shop in the slushy snow/rain mixture freshly painted and hoodless.
